Bill Sturges, Founder
Bill Sturges is the Founder of AddBack Solutions LLC. He originally specialized in providing CFO services for real estate management, tech development, e-Commerce, retail and SAAS companies. Later he expanded into consulting for various groups on strategic exits, buyouts and acquisitions based on the portfolio. He has years of experience securing financing for businesses through banks, private lenders, private equity, tax incentives and SBA lending. Bill is also actively engaged in a network of experts focused on tax credit assessments and wealth management for business owners. A staunch believer in the importance of small business, he is willing to go the extra mile to secure a successful outcome for every single client.
Wey Scoggin
Wey is a business consultant who draws on his experience as a real estate investor, service contractor and entrepreneur to identify lucrative financial opportunities for clients. He has also worked for several start-ups focusing on strategies for reaching profitability. A people person with a strong sense of faith and family, Wey’s primary focus in business is to create long term relationships and bring value to every situation.
Anthony V. Codispoti
Anthony began his career as a software innovator and later led his own team in the design, sourcing, manufacturing and selling of multiple products under various brands through e-commerce and specialty retail stores. A 1997 Ohio State University graduate and lifelong entrepreneur, his companies have been varied in their size and scope. These include web & SaaS development, consulting services, and a range of consumer goods. He enjoys immersing himself in new industries and reinventing his skill sets on a regular basis. He draws upon his diverse experiences to generate and implement creative business solutions.
Zindzi Carolus
Zindzi is a financial accountant with experience in providing CFO and operations management services for online retail and manufacturing companies. Having trained under Deloitte leadership, she has extensive experience in the audit arena for a wide variety of industries and consolidated group reporting for multi-national companies. Having lived and worked in England, South Africa, the United States, Argentina and Bermuda, Zindzi enjoys finding and implementing practical financial solutions tailored to the particular needs of each client.
